CTI History

CTI Strategies is a diversified business services consulting company. It has been trading continuously in Sydney, Australia since 1982 having commenced business as an agent for AMP Society as it then was.

In 1992 CTI commenced consultancy work with a bias towards financial services. We carried out mandates for AMP, Bank of America and ANZ Bank Limited during the early 90's. We have also assisted individuals and much smaller businesses to solve their specific problems over the years in industries beyond financial services.

As the decade progressed we developed skills in business administration and personnel management as well as capital raising and technology services.

We remain a boutique consultancy but have developed a diverse network of legal, actuarial, financial and technical consultants that we can call on to aid in implementing diverse solutions to our clients problems.

In today's dynamic business environment any successful business consultantancy finds itself having to be very opportunistic in the mandates that it undertakes for its clients. Clients needs for assitance are not always easily defined in advance and a consultant needs to get across a potentially unlimited number of situations as they arise. Therefore we offer preliminary advice on solutions to any problem faced by a business, in the event that we are unable to implement a solution we can confidently direct a client to the right resources to meet their needs.

With this kind of experience over the last 10 years CTI has evolved into a boutique business advisor in financial services, technology and personnel aquisition. CTI will continue to develop as the circumstances of our clients dictate.
